 We’re looking for a motivated team player to join our production team! This role is hands-on and fast-paced, requiring attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work well with others. No prior experience is necessary—just a willingness to learn and take on new challenges. The right candidate will grow into operating large-format printing and cutting equipment, as well as assisting with installations. 

✅ Assist in the production of printed materials (laminating, weeding, trimming, and packaging)

✅ Operate large format printers, vinyl plotters, and flatbed cutters (training provided)

✅ Perform quality checks on finished products

✅ Maintain a clean, organized production area and tools

✅ Update the Production Job Calendar with accurate job status

✅ Prepare, box, and ship orders

✅ Receive materials from carriers

✅ Deliver local orders and fulfill online/web orders

✅ Assist with sign and vinyl installations (training provided)

⭐ Basic to intermediate computer skills (Outlook 365, Word, Excel)

⭐ Ability to follow written, verbal, or diagrammed instructions

⭐ Strong attention to detail and fine motor skills

⭐ Professional communication skills with team members and clients

⭐ Knowledge of design software (CorelDraw, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a plus, but not required

⭐ Organized, adaptable, and willing to learn new processes

We're looking for a Graphics Installer who’s skilled, reliable, and ready to roll up their sleeves. ✅  Install vinyl graphics, wallpaper, wall coverings, decals, and signage with care and precision.
✅  Travel to job sites (local and regional) to complete onsite installations in retail, office, and construction environments.
✅  Troubleshoot installation challenges on the fly and adapt quickly to client needs. 

✅  Safely use ladders, lifts, hand tools, and power tools safely and confidently. 

✅  Production Assistance - Help make signs and other products we sell. Involves the use of saws, lasers, and other woodworking tools.

✅  Deliver exceptional customer service with a professional, positive attitude. 

✅  Perform quality checks, prep projects for shipping, and keep digital records of completed jobs. 

✅  Assist with packaging and coordinating outgoing shipments.
✅ Stay Organized – Manage schedules, track orders, and keep things running smoothly.
✅ Communicate & Collaborate – Work closely with our team to ensure customers stay informed and satisfied.

⭐  1+ years of installation experience (vinyl, signage, wall wraps, or related). 

⭐  Familiarity with common tools and installation equipment 

⭐  Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship. 

⭐  Excellent communication skills—friendly, professional, and clear.

⭐  Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines independently or with a team.
⭐ A customer-first attitude—genuinely enjoy helping others.
⭐ Problem-solving skills—quick thinking and a proactive approach.
⭐ Team player—work well with others to get the job done.
⭐ Time management—stay organized in a deadline-driven environment.

⭐ Clean driving record and ability to drive company vehicle when needed 

 🔹  High school diploma or equivalent

 🔹  Comfortable working at heights using ladders, scaffolding, or lifts

 🔹  Ability to stand/move for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly

 🔹  Must be at least 18 years old
